Request account & data deletion

Use this page to request Intellicap (by Agentic Academy Labs) to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data.

How to request deletion

Enter the email address associated with your Intellicap account below.
Submit the form to open your email client with a pre-filled request to privacy@agenticacademy.online, or email us directly with the subject “Intellicap Account deletion request”.
We will verify your request against account records and permanently delete your account and personal data.

Requests are processed within 30 days. We may reach out to confirm account ownership before completing the deletion.

What we delete

Account profile information (name, email address, avatar, sign-in identifiers).
Custom watchlists, saved companies, and personalized portfolio tracking data.
AI assistant chat history, conversation sessions, and search records.
Device registration push notification tokens and alert preferences.

What we may retain

Records required to be kept under applicable legal, statutory, or regulatory requirements (e.g. security logs, fraud prevention, compliance), retained strictly for the duration required by law.
Aggregated, de-identified statistical analytics that cannot be linked back to your identity.

Permanent & Irreversible:Account deletion is permanent. Once deleted, you will lose access to all saved watchlists and preferences, and you will need to register a new account to use Intellicap again.
